Due to the enormous amount of charitable requests, we set up the Burgess Steel Charitable Trust, Federal ID# is 20-1171802. This trust (as stated in its Certificate of Incorporation) “is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501c (3) of the Internal Revenue Code”. The qualified organizations include but are not limited to the Tomorrows’ Children’s Fund, Imus Ranch and the Butterfly Foundation The by-laws of the corporation do not allow for any salary or expense reimbursement to the trustees, thus all the monies go directly to charity. Your generosity towards these worthy causes is greatly appreciated!
